The All New Salmon Burger!:
We have completely re-done the Salmon Burger!!!
Now made with an asian flare, the Salmon Burger
is created with all fresh ground salmon, scallions,
soy sauce, sesame seeds, and bread crumbs. Served
with lime mayo, sliced cucumber, lettuce, tomato,
and bermuda onions on a bulkie roll! Come Check

In early April, state and federal officials
canceled the 2008 salmon season as far as 200miles off California and Oregon.
The action is in response to the diminished count of chinook salmon returning
to their spawning grounds in the Sacremento River. Unfortunately, this could
mean a rise in prices as the supply dwindles.
